I feel like I'm going into withdrawal here. It's got to be at least 24 hours since I've been on DoA and the message board is _STILL_ not back up. Darn it Tech Support get your buts in gear!
Yes, I'm definitely going through withdrawal. T_T
It's sad really. I've just realized just how much time I spend over there.... O.o;;
I don't watch much T.V. anymore, I spend most of my time on-line and most of that over at DoA. ^^;;

Well, I finally started sanding the brats today. All I can say is . . . Oww! My poor hands hurt.
I spent 5 hours just sanding, and that was only 1 doll. T_T
I'm just too picky. I had the seams sanded good enough the first couple hours, but was that good enough for me?
NO!
*sigh* Sick person that I am, I may even sand the seams a little more tomorrow instead of cleaning and coating with Mr. Super Clear.
I need professional help. x_X
Four hours of prep, five hours of sanding, and I was still sanding well after the sun went down.
I'm going to go blind and lose the use of my hands. T_T
Plus I still have 5 ungrateful brats left to sand. TnT
You should have heard the complaining while I was sanding.

I shipped it finally. Yeah *weeps*
Well it took a couple trips to the post office, but the stuff is finally shipped out. No more tripping over the boxes and feeling guilty and avoiding e-mail or even going to the person's website....
I'm pathetic, I know. T_T
It took 4 boxes, and they couldn't be over 79 inches (Length + girth) and I did it wrong the first time. Okay, okay, so girth is (width + height) _TWICE_! :P *rude noise*
They're shipped and I don't need to worry about it (as much) and should arrive where they're going in about 2 months. What? She asked for cheap and cheap is 2 months. T_T
The furniture is going international see, and international 'ground' is by boat. O.o And boats are slooOOOWW!
I really, really, _really_ hope the furniture makes the trip in one piece and doesn't get dinged up like our luggage did on the trip to the U.S. SD Conference. We had luggage get ripped corners both going to Texas and coming from Texas. 2 different pieces of luggage at that. o_O
So I'm all worried about the packages I just sent out. *sigh* I packed the stuff with padding on the furniture, the furniture in a box, the box padded and inside another box. I think it should make the trip okay. Don't you? ^_~
To the patient person still waiting for the doll furniture to get there, I apologize for being so slow to ship the stuff out. I'm just defective I guess. T_T
She's been rather patient with me. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Forgive me. m_(_ _);_m
The boys tell me I've been horrible and should have shipped more goodies to make up for it.

I've also tried reasoning with them that if it cost me that much to send 35 pounds, then shipping all of them would cost enough for another member to join Tenshi Yotogi. It doesn't seem to convince them. They just plot to get themselves shipped to someone else. >_<;;;;
Why do I put up with such ungrateful house guests? Do I really care how gorgeous they are? Stupid, bishounen Tenshi think I'm their servant, slave, or beast of burden it feels like. XP
I think I need to go lay down. I feel a headache or 4 coming on. *glares at bratty Tenshi. all 4 of them* KD

Lishe's a hottie, but I generally like boys, but I've been meaning to get a girl and she's a hottie. Um....
El is gorgeous too, but do I get an Elf or the round ear version? In white or normal? I kind of think he looks like Sephiroth. I have a fatal weakness for gorgeous guys with silver hair (or white, or red, and sometimes light blonds). KD
Elf El is limited, so if I want him I'd need to decide soonish (mid-next month). Round Ear El and Lishe are both normal releases. I have problems with limiteds as well as silver haired goth boys. ^^;;
I should lock up my money now. *sigh*
Still no word on the next U-noa pre-order. A good thing actually.
I did hear about my 2 FCS boys though. They're ready and I think they may be here before my birthday on the 15th. \^U^/ Super Great B-Day Present for ME!! \^U^/
As you can tell I'm kind of looking forward to getting my new bratty Tenshi. Don't know if the rest of the Tenshi Yotogi gang is ready for more members though. I kind of haven't told them . . . .
Speaking of new, I found out that my internet provider also gives us space on their server. So Tenshi Yotogi may be moving. Not soon enough if you ask me. Darn pop-ups. I'm sorry there are so many when (and if) you try to go to my website.
I'm not doing too well on the whole 'at least 1 entry a month' thing huh. I meant to post a sort of travelogue about my trip to the U.S. SD Convention in Texas last month. Maybe I'll try and post a belated one sometime before the end of the year. ^^;;
At least there will be less whining about the scary relatives I had to visit so I could go to the Convention. Not all of them were bad though. I kind of liked the Aunt and Uncle I stayed with while my Mother and youngest younger Brother stayed with my 2 hyper cousins. *Ku ku ku (evil laugh)* ^U^
My Aunt and Uncle were kind of cool really. They let me use a laptop while I was at their house. It kept me sane. 2 weeks without internet access, no T.V., little food, and gobs of strange relatives would have left me gibbering. T_T

I can't decide whether to wait and try to get the 'demons' or try and get the 'vampire lord'. *ponders*
Yeah, I know you have no idea what I'm talking about. ^_^
I don't know when the 'demons' will be up for pre-order and supposedly there is only going to be a certain number of the 'vampire lord' made and then no more. :(
Of course, I could swear they said that the first time he was available, but I do like tall guys. ^u^
Darn it, I need more money.
Argh, should I try and get a Dollshe Bermann, wait for the Unoa pre-order, or wait for the possible Unoa _boy_? Decisions, decisions. Heh. I still have to pay for the second half of my FCS order. ^^;
Also going to the July SD convention. It would be nice to have _some_ money at the convention. ^^;;
Don't you think Bermann would make the best 'vampire lord'?! I can just see him dressed in something black, lounging around with a wine glass in hand, and surrounded by all these SD boys. KD
Of course, I've been wanting to get some Unoa 'demons' for a while too. Supposedly there's a boy version coming though, and maybe, maybe, maybe the creator would possibly release the white version of the Unoa if I just wait a little bit longer.... *sigh* If wishes were true I'd probably have that floating palace on my own planet by now. ^_~
Oh, and I have another 2 pairs of AR eyes from Jewels Under Eyelids on their way. Yes, I know I haven't posted pics of the last 4 pairs, but I'm really ticked at my Angelfire website. Pop-ups, banners, and now that stupid blankety blank search frame on the left?! Grr, need a new web host. XP

Got my first order of AR eyes this week. ^_^
Wee, I like new colors.
What are AR eyes and what are they for, you ask?
They're Antique Rose eyes and they're for my Super Dollfies.
What are Super Dollfies?! Haven't I explained them yet? Hmm, maybe not, sorry.
Check out Volks - English Side of the website to get some information and look at Aimee's web-page as well. Lots of info there. I guess you could also visit my web-page and see more pictures of Super Dollfies, but I don't like my server much anymore. I know it's a free web-page, but *SHEESH* all the pop-ups and those ugly banners. (I opted for pop-ups _NOT_ banners and now they're adding banners anyway. Grrr.) I'll try and find a new server that I like better and then maybe I'll recommend my site to you.
Anyway, I got new eyes for the boys. ^u^
They're from Jewels Under Eyelids and I'm very happy to be able to order Antique Rose eyes. Gives me all sorts of new colors to play with, and they're glass. I like glass eyes best of all for color and clarity. Pricey though. :/
I got um, no.23 dark pink (look purple-pink to me) in 16mm, no.21 Blue-Green (kind of dark) in 18mm, no.50 Orange Yellow (more yellow than orange) in 18mm, and no.29 Snow White in 16mm. They're hand-made glass eyes so they're all kind of unique. I really like that I have new colors to play with, but I do wish some of them had smaller ... threads. They're a bit obvious in a couple of the eyes. This doesn't keep me from wanting to get at least one pair of each of the colors. :D
I expect I'll get more soon, but I kind of need to save up for the demons. *looks mysterious*
More about them later. Maybe. LOL!

Well, as this is my first entry I guess I'll say hello.

I'm kind of shy so I may not say much very often. I like Japanese Manga and Anime (graphic novels and animated stories). More recently I became obsessed (yes obsessed) with something called Super Dollfie.

I'm not very comfortable being a girl I guesss. It embarasses me to admit that I like dolls of any kind. It's just that Super Dollfie are . . . cool! You can customize them and change them around, and you can create you own characters. It all ties into my love of story telling, not that I'm very good at story telling, but I do like it.
I discovered Super Dollfie after first finding 1/6 Dollfie. I do a bit of drawing and I'd been searching for a drawing mannequin that had a more realistic human range of motion when I spotted a 1/6 customized Dollfie on eBay (I'm an eBay junky). Well, they could bend their elbows and knees to more than the 90 degrees that standard drawing mannequins manage. Waah! I had to find out more. Eventually I discovered 'the Lunar Arc' Yahoo! Group and found out more about these 'Dollfie'.
Oh, sorry, Super Dollfie and 1/6 scale Dollfie are both made by a Japanese company called Volks. They recently added an English page to their website and this should prove very useful. LOL :}
The Japanese side of the Volks website still gets updated more than the English pages, but you can order stuff from the English side if you set up an account with them. Very useful, ne? ^_^
I originally wasn't going to get a Super Dollfie. They're rather expensive and they only had girls. I believe that I mentioned that I'm not comfortable being a girl? Well, the girl SD (Super Dollfie) were a bit too much like getting baby dolls and I wasn't interested.

Then they came out with boy SD! \OoO/
The first boy Super Dollfie that I saw was a Full Choice System F-29 head boy with silver hair to his shoulders and purple eyes. He was on the 'Dolls Drug Kingdom' website. Waah! He was adorable and vulnerable and utterly yummy! I wanted one. *_* Then I saw the boys that were coming out in Volks' Dolls Party 7! Ooof, the new boys looked hot, but I was still going to get one like the DDK boy first. Ah, but you see now the madness begins because the Dolpa (Dolls Party) dolls were Limited Edition! T_T I had to get the Dolpa boy first or I would never get him. TnT So I got him. Well, almost 2 years later I now have 4 Super Dollfie and I'm only now ordering my F-29 boy. O_o
I wouldn't get him now except that Volks is changing things in the Full Choice System and I might not be able to get a F-29 boy if I don't order him now. So I plunked down the $money and I'm in the process of getting my F-29 finally. ^_^
Sheesh, I got to warn you, these Super Dollfie are VERY addictive. You can't just have one. No, no, NO! You have to have several. ^_^;; You'll hear that they're like potato chips and this is very true. Almost all my money goes towards my SD, but I'm feeling tons more creative since I got them and this is a good thing. I guess I didn't kill my creativity completely. ^U^ Although I did try. :/
